Devansh Lakhani is a Chartered Accountant turned Investment Banker, Entrepreneur, and Angel Investor. After completing his CA in 2015, he pursued his passion in equity research and investment banking, quickly gaining leadership experience by managing a team of six analysts at a mid-sized firm.

Devansh later founded LFS (Lakhani Financial Services), which now employs around 15 people. Through LFS, he has helped 12 startups raise funds and advised over 200 on strategic business planning. As an active angel investor, he leverages his financial expertise to support early-stage startups, making him a key figure in the startup ecosystem.

Sriram is a seasoned venture capitalist and angel investor with extensive expertise in logistics, supply chain, capital formation, and strategic change management. Based in Mumbai, he oversees venture capital operations for Magnivia Ventures, a US-India strategic investment firm focused on special situations in Venture Capital and Private Equity. Additionally, as an Entrepreneurial Growth Partner at Tompkins Ventures LLC, Sriram specializes in fostering entrepreneurial growth and technology integration.

With a career spanning leadership roles at global companies like Alcon, Pfizer, and Cambrex Corporation, Sriram brings a wealth of industry insights. He serves as a board advisor, venture advisor (with firms like Beej Network and Armefin), and actively supports innovative startups like Shabosh, an Italian portable dishwasher startup.

Sriram holds a B.Tech in Industrial Engineering from VJTI, an MSc in Logistics and Supply Chain from Cranfield School of Management, and has continued advanced studies at the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad.

With over 20 years of experience in branding, marketing, and design, I have developed a diverse skill set that includes market analysis, strategic planning, content development, and creative ideation. I hold an MBA in Marketing from the Somaiya Institute of Management, which has provided me with a strong foundation in business principles and practices. As the leader of Hangover Media, an award-winning branding agency, I have successfully guided numerous clients in crafting their brand identities and marketing strategies.

Megha Shah is an accomplished brand manager with over 8 years of experience and a proven track record of driving business growth through strategic marketing. She has successfully managed over 50 brands, delivering impactful campaigns that resonate with target audiences and boost brand awareness. Megha specializes in market research, strategy development, inbound and email marketing, content creation, PR, and communications.

Known for her creative problem-solving and ability to deliver results under pressure, Megha excels in managing cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration with stakeholders.
