Operations Intern

About the role

This internship is for someone who wants to see how a marketplace runs day to day. You will work across the operations team rather than on a single project.

You will start with mentor onboarding and session quality checks, then take on a project of your own, such as improving how we match founders to mentors in a category.

What you'll do

• Review new mentor profiles and help mentors complete them
• Follow up on sessions with low ratings and summarise what went wrong
• Maintain the trackers the operations team uses each week
• Own one improvement project and present the results at the end

You may be a fit if

• You are in your final year of study or graduated in the last year
• You are comfortable with spreadsheets and writing clear summaries
• You can commit to six months, full-time, working remotely
• You are curious about how startups work
