About the role
Many founders first meet a mentor at one of our online AMAs or city meetups before they ever book a session. The community is where trust is built and where we hear what founders are stuck on.
You will run that community day to day and plan a calendar of events with mentors, from small closed-door sessions to larger online talks.
What you'll do
- Moderate and grow our founder groups on WhatsApp and LinkedIn
- Plan and host two to four online events a month with mentors
- Support city meetups in Bengaluru, Mumbai and Delhi with local hosts
- Collect founder questions and pass recurring themes to the product team
- Report on attendance, repeat participation and bookings from events
You may be a fit if
- You have 2+ years running an online community or events programme
- You write clearly and quickly in English; Hindi is a plus
- You are comfortable hosting a live session in front of strangers
- You are organised enough to run several events in parallel

- You have founded something yourself or worked at an early-stage startup
